Why I do what I do

A neatly made bed with a decorative pillow and a patterned beige and white blanket, positioned against a plain white wall with a small window emitting bright light.

I believe healing is a remembering.
A returning to the truths your body has been carrying for years.
A weaving and unweaving of patterns, lineage, experiences, and possibility.

I do this work because I know what it feels like to live in survival mode, to move through the world disconnected from (or overwhelmed by) your body’s needs, and to carry stories and wounds that aren’t yours alone.

I also know the freedom that emerges when you learn to listen inwardly: to your breath, your energy, your intuition, your capacity, and the wisdom tucked quietly beneath the noise.

My practice is where rest becomes reclamation, where slowness becomes liberation, and where your body is honored as its own ecosystem of memory, truth, and power. Our work together is to honor the sacredness of your lived experience while realigning your soul with your authentic, fullest be-ing.

Healing is returning home
to yourself

My work sits at the intersection of somatics, liberation therapy, subtle body education, and cultural remembrance.

Everything I offer is grounded within the following pillars:

Philosophy + Pillars, broken down

Line drawing of two hands gently holding a butterfly on a plain background, representing the philosophy of practitioner: rest as reclamation.

Rest as Reclamation

Your body deserves softness, slowness, and space to unwind, remember, and re-pattern.

Minimalist line drawing of a person sitting in a meditative pose, representing the philosophy of practitioner: embodied sovereignty.

Embodied Sovereignty

You are the expert of your body. Your body already holds the truth. Our work is to listen and reveal.

Liberatory Frameworks

Every body deserves to feel and experience freedom in their body. In this space, we honor lineage, power, transgenerational trauma, and identity as part of your healing.

Decolonized + Trauma Informed

Every part of you has a reason to be here. Our work centers agency, choice, cultural sovereignty, and indigenous knowledge. We challenge western frameworks, address root causes, focus on restoring relationships, and work to dismantle hiearchies.

Why this is for you

This space is for you if you’re craving a slower, steadier way of being - one that honors your body, your capacity, your authenticity, and the season you’re in.

It’s for you if you’re tired of holding everything together on your own…
If you’re carrying stress, numbness, exhaustion, or emotional weight you can’t quite name…
If you’re longing for support that doesn’t push, pressure, or overwhelm you…

This work is for you if:
✨ Your body feels tense, buzzy, or disconnected, and you’re ready to understand what it’s telling you
✨ You’re highly sensitive or neurodivergent and traditional wellness spaces have felt too fast, too loud, unsafe, or not built for you
✨ You’ve been living in survival mode and want to come home to yourself in a way that feels sustainable
✨ You’re curious - not necessarily convinced - about somatic or energetic work and want a grounded, evidence-informed approach
✨ You’re navigating chronic illness, burnout, or overwhelm, and you need someone who understands pacing, capacity, and rest as medicine
✨You want support without having to perform or explain everything about your past
✨ You’re ready for practices that meet oyur whole self: mind, body, and spirit, without bypassing or forcing anything.

Most of all, this is for you if you want to feel more regulated, more at home, and more authentically yourself in your every day life.

If your body is whispering, “I need something different,” you’re in the right place.

Who this is not for

This space may not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

Fast fixes or high-intensity transformation

My work is slow, attuned, and intentional.
If you want a rapid overhaul or a push-through-it approach, this won’t feel supportive for you..

Traditional talk therapy or clinical diagnosis

While my work is deeply somatic and therapeutic in feel, it is not medical care, psychotherapy (yet) or mental health treatment (yet).
If you’re needing a formal diagnosis, a licensed clinician is a better option

A purely “spiritual” or heavily mystical experience

While I work primarily with intuition and subtle body attunement, my approach is grounded, body-based, and rooted in somatic psychology as well.

Someone to tell you what to do

This is a collaborative process and a co-created space.
If you prefer a directive coach, strict structure, or someone to give you step-by-step instructions for your life, my style may feel a bit too spacious.

If you want certainty rather than exploration
This work is curious, emergent, and body-led. If you’re wnating answers more than inner connection, it might not be the right season for this work.

A space to bypass the body or spirit
This work invites you into your whole soma: body, mind, spirit, gently, slowly, and with choice. If you’re looking for mindset-only work, manifestation, or cognitive strategies without somatic exploration, we might not be aligned.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • A connection call is 15-20 minute conversation where we explore what you’re moving through, what you’re hoping to receive support with, and whether my work is the right fit for your current season of life.

There is no pressure to book.

This call is just an opportunity to see if we’re aligned and vibe!

  • My sessions blend somatic psychology, intuitive movement, nervous systm regulation, and energetic realignment.

We work with your body as a source of wisdom, slowly, and at your pace, to help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your enrgy, and unwind patterns held in the body.

This work is restorative in nature, trauma-informed, and deeply grounding.

  • Come exactly as you are.

You may want to bring water, wear comfortable clothing, and create a quiet space (if we’re meeting virtually).

No prior experience with somatics or energy work is needed. All I ask is to bring an open heart and an open mind.

Before we begin, we’ll take some time to arrive and help your body settle so your nervous system feels safe and supported.

  • If you’re unsure, the connection call is the perfect place to start. I’ll help you understand what each session offers and what might best fit your goals, energy, and current season.

  • Absolutely. In fact, many of my clients start with little to no experience.

My intention is to guide you gently, clearly, and at a pace your body can actually hold.

  • Yes. I do recommend to try our first session in-person, if possible, and I see folks all around the world (thanks, technology!), so you can arrive and work within the comfort of your own space.

Whether in-person or online, the session container is held with the same intention, attunement and care.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 48 hours or missed sessions are non-refundable. These boundaries help me honor my capacity and create consistent, safe containers for all clients.

If you’re experiencing an emergency or illness, please reach out and I’ll be happy to accommodate you.

  • Everyone’s body and needs are different.

Some clients come weekly or bi-weekly during big transitions; others come monthly for maintenance and grounding.

Part of our work together will be discovering what rhythm supports your body and your life.
