Sliding scale because every body deserves wellness.

Access rooted in honesty, transparency, and collective care.

I truly believe every body should have access to healing resources and that if more folks are able to access resources to support their healing, then we can all move to shift this world from a more empowered place.

Financial reality is not one dimensional, nor is it talked about often. Race, disability, chronic illness, neurodivergence, gender, family support, debt, and systemic inequality all shape our access to rest, healing, and support. Offering a sliding scale acknowledges these layered realities.

Inspired by the work of Alexis J. Cunningfolk’s Sliding Scale for Economic Justice, I’ve set out to create my own sliding scale. [I encourage you to read more about their work and practice here.]

My hope is that this scale creates multiple points of access for folks seeking support.

This model is rooted in trust and self-assessment, meaning you are invited to choose the tier that most accurately reflects your current economic reality and I do not ask for proof.

The graphics below are here to reduce overwhelm, support clarity, and make this decision easier on your nervous system. When we engage with honesty and care, this model allows both access and sustainability to coexist.

  • Each of my offerings is available across a three-tier sliding scale. The tiers reflect different relationships to financial access, not moral worth, effort, commitment, or sacrifice.

You are invited to choose the tier that most closely aligns with your current circumstances.

Take a look at the tiers on the right: Regenerative, Resourced, and Restorative to learn more.

  • If paying for an offering requires a temporary adjustment, like cutting back on non-essentials or planning ahead, that may be a sacrifice.

If paying for an offering would compromise your ability to meet basic needs like food, housing, healthcare, or transportation, that is hardship.

  • There are a limited number of spots available at the Resourced and Restorative tiers.

If you are considering a sliding scale session, I ask you take time to locate yourself on this scale.

Engaging honestly with this model strengthens trust for yourself, supports sustainability for me and my work, and allows me to continue offering both reduced-rate and free resources over time.

When this work is fairly supported, I’m able to invest more energy into care, presence, and long-term offerings — rather than scarcity-driven output.

  • This tier reflects the true cost of the offering in the absence of a sliding scale.

    You likely belong here if:

    • You consistently meet your basic needs without significant stress

    • You have stable income and/or access to savings

    • You can afford discretionary spending (travel, dining out, new items)

    • You regularly invest in wellness, education, or personal development

    • You have reliable access to healthcare and transportation

    • Paying full price does not require sacrifice in other areas (housing, food, etc.)

Choosing this tier helps sustain my work and directly minimizes barriers to wellness for folks who might not have access.

  • This tier exists for those with steady or sufficient financial capacity.

    You may belong here if:

    • Your income is relatively stable and predictable

    • You meet your basic needs, though finances may feel tight at times

    • You are managing debt, rebuilding savings, or living with limited flexibility

    • You have steady income but need to plan carefully around expenses

    • Paying full price would require sacrifice, but not long-term harm

This tier reflects mutual care: for your own capacity and for the collective.

  • This tier is intentionally offered for those navigating financial limitations.

You may choose this tier if:

    • You struggle to consistently meet basic needs

    • Your income is inconsistent, reduced, or currently unstable

    • You live paycheck to paycheck, are underemployed, or financially unstable

    • You carry significant debt or caregiving responsibilities

    • You have little to no discretionary income

    • Paying the full rate would create stress around essentials (housing, food, care)

    • You are prioritizing healing while resources are limited

This rate exists so access to care does not come at the cost of survival or wellbeing.
