Slow Medicine: Write, Move, & Realign

  • Citrine 489 Magnolia Avenue Larkspur, CA, 94939 United States (map)

Slow Medicine is a rest-forward, somatic experience for the nervous system, creativity, and soul.

In a world that’s constantly rushing, Slow Medicine is a sacred space to soften, pause, and come home to yourself. This 60-minute class is a gentle blend of two nourishing practices: Morning Pages—a stream-of-consciousness writing technique that clears mental clutter and reconnects you with your inner voice—and nervous system regulation through repetitive, somatic movement. These movements are intuitive, accessible, and designed to release stored tension and support reconnection to your body.

This class is ideal for anyone moving through stress, burnout, creative blocks, or simply longing to feel more present. Whether you’re navigating transition, craving stillness, or wanting to re-attune to your inner rhythm, Slow Medicine meets you where you are. By the end of class, you’ll feel rooted, replenished, and resourced—aligned with the pace of your own breath and body.
