Self Care Club: Zentangles Watercolor Meditation

Get cozy on a winter (yes, it's winter!) night with some mindful watercoloring, nervous system relaxation, and community connection!

Inspired by artist Lizi Phoenix's take on Zen Tangles: painting simple shapes on paper, mindfully following the lines within the shapes to fill them up, then following the outlines of the shapes until we've transformed the blank page of negative space into an organic painting full of shapes and color.

A wonderful practice meant for every body, no experience is necessary. I'll be bringing 12 watercolor palettes; space is limited.
